In partnership with the Research Committee of FEPTO, our March meeting 2025 will focus on Engaging Children in Psychodrama: Appropriateness of Technique to Child Development, featuring guest speakers: Hanan El-Mazahy MD, PhD, ABMPP, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Consultant / Pediatrics Consultant, Alexandria, Egypt.
She is trained in Psychodrama, the Therapeutic Spiral Model (TSM) in addition to DBT and EMDR. She practices play therapy and Arts therapy with children, adults in family and community contexts. Her research interests are in Psychodrama, EMDR, Telemedicine and Artificial Intelligence. She developed the “Psychodrama Games” technique which is a culturally dictated structured model of psychodrama with children. .
