In collaboration with the Research Committee of FEPTO, our January meeting 2026 will focus on the article: Enable your team to thrive: an exploration of the cultural atom in group-focused interventions.
Our guest speaker : Irina Stefanescu from Romania, M.Sc. in Chemistry. She has worked as a trainer and headhunter in the private sector and has facilitated large groups using action methods since 2007. Since 2008, she has trained and supervised trainers, facilitators, team coaches, and consultants in Romania and abroad. She is a psychodramatist, sociodramatist and action-methods practitioner, and also volunteers with youth, children, and teachers, supporting her professional community through practical workshops.
